Barely three editions were enough to create an event of an European range and size that can com- pete with fairs in Cologne, Paris and even in Milan. During the last year’s edition, the producers and distributors of the furniture, interior design and finishing industries and va- rious accessories presented their offer – in five halls correspon- ding to five thematic zones: Selected Design, Furniture, Deco, Kitchen & Dining and Interior Finish. The October fair attrac- ted a record number of exhibitors and visitors. There were 623 companies, including 119 foreign ones, gathered at 120,000 m 2 . During four days, 67,325 visitors crossed the fair halls, of which 45,102 visitors (67% of visitors) represented B2C sector, and 22,223 (33% of visitors) were B2B customers. Among the B2B visitors 29% came from abroad and 71% from Poland. This is how the ‘Warsaw dream’ is being fulfilled and now there is wa- iting for its next instalment. d After only three editions, ‘Warsaw Home’ is an important spot on the trade fair map of the Central and Eastern Europe. The driving force of the event are international ambitions and presentations of design on a world-class level. Last year’s edition is just a proof that sometimes the reality exceeds the wildest expectations. A dream of Warsaw The main topic taken up by MDD was acoustics. Fair guests could observe how to create a friendly, comfortable workplace that, thanks to flexible solutions supporting efficiency in a real way at the Balma stand. At the exhibition it was possible to meet representatives of the company and consultants from showrooms inWarsaw,Wrocław and Poznań. In addition to bestsellers and new products, Noti also presented complementary products and decorations from other brands.
