We also meet with greater boldness in choice of fabrics and colours. And of course we are happy about it because it allows us to set new direc- tions and to reflect global trends in our collections better. Also, due to the in- creasing expectations of our customers regarding fabrics, we decided to introduce the ‘Select by Lech’ line last year. These are fabrics with above average parame- ters, of bolder design and colour compo- sitions. There is about 50 collections in your offer. E.Ś.: The Lech brand currently offers 75 collections, including both mono colours as well as patterned fabrics. And within the new ‘Select’ brand there are 17 collec- tions. Still we are constantly working on new products. What is the standard order processing time? E.Ś.: Quick implementation is crucial for our clients. That is why we try to fulfil our orders within 24 hours, at the latest in 48 hours. In case of international shipments, we add transportation time. Customers invariably expect that the goods ordered today will be in the cutting room tomor- row. It has always been that way and it will always be that way. We are pleased with our location in Kostrzyn and logistics fa- cilities, because thanks to that we are able to ensure continuity and timeliness of de- liveries. Hubert Świątek: We are constantly ex- panding storage facilities. In August 2016, we opened a new warehouse.
